A three or four wide road with a sidewalk on its side and a one way road/road in the middle.

I really want a road with realistic sidewalks without placing pavement and a decal on the side

-more advanced pedestrians and cars ( there is a pedestrian that goes on an asphalt, parks, etc )
-more types of supplies
-district system
-trees having park influences
