Buildings are not Building!

I have enclosed the photo for the problem
So whenever i try to build any building, the buildings are never fully build. It stays at a hold position. It shows 100% built with 0 days left but either:- the build icon does not go or the icon goes but the decal below the building does not change.
This problem gets solved after restarting the game but everytime i try to build, the building stops complrtion.
