My poor class inhabitants Population is going down

On the new update version my poor class inhabitants are going down little by little drastically. I have the game saved at 1,468 poor class inhabitants. An as I play on, my poor class inhabitants building all start to get empty to a "O" poor class.. so i just quit the game with out saving PLEASE HELP

Its ok, it means that more people are entering your city with higher levels (TT, TTT)
