This is my first plugin!
The plugin contains a "urban dormitory" (or "ký túc xá đô thị" in Vietnamese) - a complex with many residential buildings that primarily serves poor people - in Vietnam, our country. Those can be seen in some densely populated cities like Hanoi, HCMC,... and industrial zones in highly industrialized provinces/cities like Bac Ninh, Hai Phong,... Some of them serve factory workers, while others are reserved for students from high schools, colleges and universities.
This particular complex is based on an abandoned students dormitory complex in Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City.
