Free button not working on ios

So the button to redeem gold and bus tickets from a city when going back to a city does not work nor free diamonds for watching an ad does not work any fixes?

Check that your data connection is on while playing. Maybe you have an ad blocker running?

Ok so... I can't watch the videos. I turned off and blocker in chrome but i still can't watch them. Is there a setting in theotown itself that i need to do? Any help would be appreciated. If possible can the steps be posted as to how to do that?
I'm at a loss.
