Expectation of Future Development of Terengganu

Terengganu (Malaysia) may the only state that have no train transport yet even historically have it in Bukit Besi, Dungun for British transporting valuable resources. In real life, the railway system is currently under development. The station will be starting from Kota Bharu, Kelantan to Gombak, Selangor/Kuala Lumpur. As you can see, I do my expectation of the city in this awesome Theotown game.

Terengganu's a coastal state, so you might wanna build beaches along the state
