You just need to resize the canvas of the texture so it lines up with the actual texture of your park and maybe make it a little bit darker or give the grass a little bit of texture

The v.2 is still too saturated there should be a program in your editor that can lower the saturation
like in paint.net adjustments>hue, saturation and lower it
