Lately in the 408 version our cities have suffered due to automatic disasters
Maybe you could do a Disaster Response Agency would have alarms with them that would warn about disasters in advance so we could alert the firefighters on time

Pretty sure you can off the automatic disasters in settings.

It is somewhat a pick-your-poison type, right? Well at least yours have options on the intensity. Good job on making that plugin.

Russian Roulette is great. Just look at Buteo. Peaceful, covered in craters, and no survivors.

Please we need to be able to build roads over the rubble without removing them, it is very difficult to try to clean them and end up destroying more.
