need material areas like mine area , oil area , forest area and better dirt area for farms make more realistic ...
example farms cant build on any area without better dirt areas (sorry for my englis i have low battery too

)
like cities skylines

it could be a good idea like the way Cities:Skylines do. Putting more realism to the game would be good..

oil zone and mine zone plugins are enough
forest and farms are already
but areas a little more cool

Well i personally think that TT shouldnt become tycoon game but adding areas when you can get oil coal etc is reallly nice as more "detailed" indrusties
But actual system have to stay or TT wont be TT anylonger
