How do I disable traffic lights automatically and re-enable them again?

I remember there was an option on the top right corner, but now I can't find it.

Sorry, i don't see that feature.. what do you mean "type help in the console"..?

There's a feature that allows to disable lights for all roads, not click one by one for each junction. That's what I am trying to find out..

Go into the game settings->Others and enable debug mode and experimental features. This will show you the traffic lights option during road build tool
