Some advice about happiness

My suggestion is that after happiness in the building description page which will show when touch building, add specific building needs, which is very useful for newcomers. :wink:
And anyone kown that which building has culture buff? It's neither religion nor management... :?

Cultural value is still in work for now, and may be released In the future updates
