Hey there, i just made my first plugin. B)
With it you are able to place a pier which can be used as the normal land! It can be placed everywhere and it will not overwrite the existing terrains, as well as you find it in its own category!
With the newest update you are able to build Pier roads! But watch out, Industrytrucks are not able to get on them. They are way too heavy for these wooden piers ;)
I know there still are some bugs while using things with a different ground but because of things like that it still is v1.1 and under developement!

In the following versions I am going to add:
1. Some of the TheoTown decorations + some own decorations (moving/blinking ferris wheel) with the pier floor texture.
2. Some of the TheoTown buildings ( 1x1 / 2x2 || Commercial/Residential) + some own buildings with the pier floor texture.
3. Adding a pier road.
4. A pier zone which compensates everything and behaves somehow like the military zone (only pier buildings are able to be placed there).

- added new road type which uses "flag pkw" and "flag bus" and has a speed of 1.5
- changed the id of the pier terrain

- added a new category: "Pier" in which all buldings/decorations connected to the pier area are going to be placed in.

- changed the id of the pier terrain

v0.5:
- added the new terrain "Pier"

Has anyone tried to use it just like an embankment or some by the shore pathway?

There is a problem with this plugin, it spawns in randomly generated maps as if it was natural. Can you (@TweetyGee) or someone else fix this?
