Can't connect to TheoTown account from the game

Hello,

I just downloaded the game today and I would like to create a region for my friend and I to play.

However I cannot login to my account within the game. I type in my user ID and my password and then it says "connection error". However it seems that I was able to connect to my account on my phone.

First question : do I need to have a TheoTown account to share a region with a friend ?

Second question : Can you please help me solve my connecting issue ?

I am also suffering from this problem. My password is correct. I log in into this web but game is still say invalid cred.

Install 64 bit java for pc. For phone check your internet connection is above 5.00mbps, and don't forget clear cache.

I typed Correct Username and Password, But i belived a Being named JoyJoy caused the Invalid cred problem, what caused it!!!!!!

It sounds like you are putting in one of them incorrectly, if youre on pc, make sure you have 64 bit java

here is how i did in theotown to login (only in ios) first: instead of typing it i used autofill then choosed my username and it worked
