New transport plugin!

Tram system from Prague!

Modern and old trams will carry your citizens!
The stations spawns 3 types of trams: Skoda 15T, solo Tatra T3 and Tatra T3 with passenger trailer.

Now all tram can spawn!
Compatibility with the following rails:
-S-Bahn rails
-ingame rails
-TCDD rails

Why do we have to have a category plugin though? If you want to require one, please choose one that is also on the plugin store...
I would say good plugin, but I haven't gotten the category to show up yet... So, I can't see if i like it...

what should I do if I get an error?
