Big Billboard (Colourful Lights)

(8x8, "w" : 256, "h" : 342,)
Has sport satisfaction. Has colourful light animation. Can build anywhere except water. Need "City".
Building take more space. So, I made 100 radius sport satisfaction. It is big enough for a whole twon (not the whole city).

I am beginner. Plugin is still in progress. I don't know how to create .plugin at first. Asking for suggestion for the plugin to be sure balancing and optimization but I can't wait the respond. So excited for my first plugin. So, I uploaded it. [:-)

I think you should adjust the size to be smaller, and the color to be more suitable
