Can you help me with my plugin art?

So here's the PNG (it sucks)

What I want:
Shadows,,
Wonderful colors
And Philippine flags(I mean flags that meant many) at front(Front is where the chopper pads are on)
Cars that are parked
And as you can see the right wall it's a bit longer than the building I want it to be seen 3d so it's not just plain flat

Hmmm, Can you explain to me what Type of plugin first? RCI (Residential, Commercial, Industrial) ? Or just Decoration or else?
Cars that are parked is also disambiguates, every plugin has Cars that parked on there, Mate.

A commercial with a monthly income of 100000,it's a mall so you'll get it,it's fine that it earns around 100000, that's small compared to real life malls

4x5 plugin? Really? TheoTown only accept symetrical-tiles plugin, like 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, or else.
But you sucked them with 4x5 plugin-frame, really mate?

You can have help there by sending your, plug in art there. You can really improve a lot.

bro that is too much income I think you should lower it like 20K. it's too much,
