Theotown x anime possible bug

Good morning. Some days ago i downloaded the plugin "Theotown x anime" temporarily and then removed. However, there are still some traces of it although I am fully sure to have removed it. An example is this anime i found when building the DSA headquarter.
Can anyone help me remove it please?

I was wondering what happened when it first appeared but I later thought it was an update but when I visited the forum I got to know that this is not an update.

It is possible that some plugin files are still in the game files by mistake. Try to explore the contents of the game...(these are just my assumptions)
