The European Research Pact

I, Jamal Andi, have created a new european pact called the ERP. The ERP is responsible for creating more technologies and innovations within Europe. The goal is to spread economic power and political power further across the world, by creating world-class technologies
ALL EUROPEAN NATIONS ARE INVITED

You can join as Turkey. But I think you need to tell
@FVI if you want to participate in the roleplay (unless you already dealt with that and have a country)
