how do i get my plugin the right size

i want to stop using draw ground and actually make asphalt or a park under the building but i can't get it right i see a bunch of other plugin creators getting it done perfectly but i can't how do i get it the perfect size so it doesn't overlap something?

this one took me forever because it kept overlapping the road

Do you mean the templates (
viewtopic.php?f=108&t=3207) or the resources from the game (
viewtopic.php?t=5659) ?

i tried using those the last time i made something and it was still messed up and overlapping the road
