Actually the Car Cinema is pretty useless, it gives a very small radius for a very big building that costs 2k more and 200 less per month, either increase the monthly price with the radius or reduce the size of the building itself.

I agree and the beer garden

The beer garden combines park and sport influences, so it's lesser range is acceptable.

I sort of like it for outlying suburbs.
