After a while I tried to make a complete city without plugin and additional content ... very simple city. But with the progress of the city under construction, I noticed that well-designed projects can be done without plugins, such as the types of bridges and the railroad. oh, of course, but I tried to make a city that doesn't download other plugins other than what the game has, but ya, the game is plugins based, that's right ... In short, a city that doesn't had new content out of the game.
