Just simply copy the . mpf file go to
TheoTown folder---- >managed plugins folder,
and paste it and open TheoTown, and here it is! It worked, just follow the steps to put .mpf file in theotown.

If you do extract the files, delete them. An error will appear in the game if you dont delete the extracted file from the Plg folder
Just move the .mpf files to the managed plugins folder.
Keep the rest in the plugins folder.
