I don't know if it's suppose to be this way but I just noticed yesterday that hospitals in Commercial and Industrial areas have 0 patients. I typically keep all 3 areas separated but never actually checked the number of patients when checking the affected area of a hospital.

Personally, I see this as a 'win' since I don't have to spend money putting hospitals in those areas. Anyway, I just figured maybe others might not have noticed this since I didn't find any mention of it on the forum.

FYI - I'm using 1.9.93a, so I have no idea if it's been changed in 95.

Parks help high level commercial and industrial.

Yeah, I knew Education wasn't needed in those areas. As for Parks, they do help, I've noticed, so I've been using the Big Fountains in regular locations through those areas.
