I can't use the emergency tools to send firefighters to stop a building that is covered by fire or send a doctor to stop a pandemic.

When you open the game, it will appear on your screen ex 1.11.89. It will also appear at the bottom of your menu button

Es porque no tienes caminos para sus vehículos, si usas el pavimento para las personas y expandes la población sin dejar caminos en momentos de emergencias los vehículos no tendran como llegar, debes crear caminos
