Yeah you can, just post your region or city online to own regions and you can even set up your own password. Although it would require you to lose some diamonds

Yes, cross-platform play works seamlessly by uploading your region online to the "Online Regions" tab. Simply set a password on your saved region, log into the same account on both your mobile device and laptop, and you can access your city on either platform. Just be aware that setting up an online region requires spending a small amount of diamonds.
