A message to all plugin makers

Hello there,
As of today, Online Regions are now available in Android and soon will be globally available. But there's a one problem: plugins from the forum won't function in Online Mode if they don't have a plugin.manifest file. But making plugin.manifest files is very easy, the code is the same as any .json file, nothing to learn anything new. It also makes it possible to manage it in the plugin store window. So update your forum plugins now with plugin.manifest file or upload them with your future plugins for compatibility with multiplayer.
