Area Tool

Adds a tool that allows users to place nearly any building using the zone tool. Just press the button on the sidebar to activate. It will select the last item in your recent tab. If it isn't a compatible building, the tool will not place it.
Just as a warning, this plug-in has some known limitations:
-The tool appears multiple times in the recent tab
-A green price indicator will show up after the tool is used
-The tool does not work with premium or zoned buildings
-The tool does not work with non-buildings (trees, roads, etc)
Please report any bugs or crashes you encounter. I want to make sure this plug-in works as well as possible, and those error logs help a lot with that.
