Not possible. You'd need to reverse engineer the game's logic in order to do that, which is something you don't want to do if you don't know what that is in the first place. You'd most often just put it in your plugin folder and let it sit there

Can this thread be locked since it is 100% impossible to decrypt .plugin files (or if possible, since e.g. privileged key(s) may be stolen by anyone who decrypted the file)

You can't open the .plugin file... Thats why devs added it for users don't copy other users work...
