It Contain:
- 30 New Flora
- 15 Decoration
- 59 Decals (including deco,and water)
It only supporting game version 1.11.30 or above.

It's either your device is doesn't powerful enough,or you have auto-generation version installed,since that version is making lag for low end device.

I am using a mid-range device, it gives me lag when building residences, commercial and industries

Install version 8 on GitHub then,it less laggy.
