Add infinite money if you went to the moon in sandbox

When your city is on sandbox you get infinite money right? But when you go to the moon you get limited money instead of infinite money. There is no option to go on sandbox on the moon.

Use an sandbox mode on moon is like beating school without study's. And Lobby just use that make Moon is very hard to finished until they get all task in moon.

and btw, get money on moon is very easy at all. Just afk for an hours, I got 128MT for an 1 hour with mining station and taxes
