You can mining in Helium 3 ore (blue ore) in real life, you can do that to btw...
in theotown find blue ore. Place Mining Station in top of the ore. That will give you 100kT Income (per-Month). Will depleted for a long time... Just build it and click Spaceport. There click upgrade, and chose Helium 3 Export. Click upgrade so it will constanly exported to your cities.
Note: Build Fusion Power Plant in single cities or regional cities (for cities only). Maybe unavailible for online mode...
