When a building is placed on a cliff, a block comes out to support the structure.

Is there a plug to change the color and/or the surface of this block?

Of course! I know this thanks to DualHD. It's Simon 142's Modular Build Megapack that adds a lor of fences with different colors and heights and they can be used to cover that inelegant support. Hope this is useful

Unless the developer gives us a way to modify ingame textures.
The answer is no.

It's basically the same thing as a highway variant so you might have luck (check world texture topic)
