CEMEF wants to be the rolling stock supplier for the EHSR and needs our approval.

The official project for the route of the EHSR lines will be released soon. We will declare a description soon to make the last edits.

Warning. Last chance to make edits. The official EHSR route will be released in 15th November
At the moment, we adopt the project proposed by Frogne with some modifications for example:
• We are serving Elk instead of Suwalki
• We are serving more Keldish and Balticlander cities
• The Strasbourg - Fideroville will be enlarged and differently designed
• We are serving less Frognois cities to not create competition with the Frognois railways
• New Milan - Berlin line

I am very satisfied that my plan was able to be approved. This way, it will create a real European network, and therefore an economical and ecological alternative to flying. I think you were right to put Ełk in place of Suwałki, it is perhaps a less important city, but safer than Suwałki (between Kaliningrad and Belarus too 😬). The same goes for removing a few towns in Frogne from the network, not only to avoid competition, but also because it is not very fair and the high density of stations will slow down the service. But I have doubts about additional network extensions because it might become too expensive. It could still be possible.

As proponents of the EHSR project, we will pay a large chunk of the price. In addition, the project will be funded, together with us, by the concerned countries and, as the future owner of the ESHR, the European Union. That said, I say that cost shouldn't be a big barrier for us.

By the way, feel free to put your trains for EHSR too @J-G S! Just include the name of the company.
