Android 11+ folder access

Hello,
I got a new phone and want to install some local tt plugins as well as Minecraft shaders and many other things too.
But after some research, android 11+ block access to folders inside the android/data directory.
This is really bothering. I've tried to transfer them from computer (from windows
and Linux 
) but to no avail. My phone even blocks access to these folders to my computer.
How do you guys do? Or is it really my phone (redmi note 13 pro)?
Sorry, no new plugins from me anymore, my inspiration faded away...
