[Fixed] I can't access online features

I can't access the online features I'm my WiFi for some reason.
The problem is gone if I use a different WiFi but I can't do that everyday.
So is there anything I can do? Or am I doomed?

Hello, are you using mobile or PC? If youre using PC, you should install 64 bit java and restart your device.

Then I would assume its an internet service provider issue.
