Im tired of making Clover Interchanges for most of my 4 point interchanges, if you know what i mean.. so i decided to tey making other interchanges..
I tried making turbine interchanges myself, but they turned out crap...]
So can someone give me a tutorial on how to perhaps? Thank you!

idk, but for me I will make clover interchange than making that turbine interchange.
You can build clover interchange automatically from toolbars.
Or you might also wanna try the hard way by manually build it, here the examples of tutorial>

i already know how to make clover interchanges, i like doing 'em manually cause they look more realistic...
im just already getting bored of making clover interchanges so i wanna do a change..
