After searching at google, I think this is the easiest landmark
After 3 hours... Here it is.

Note: It is too bright in "Old" mode, because its gonna be too dark at "Colorful" mode when I darken it.
I changed the ground area of the monument, and I think I messed it up
but I hope you like it, because its worth adding in your city, as you can see:

It can fill an entire Huge Map.

When I fix it everything will mess up. It happened to me lots of times..

You can erase the bright grass, make them competely transparent, and put this in the code:
