How to prevent traffic in cities

Ok, so you have too much traffic in your cities? And you feel like you wanna bomb your cities? Heres how to prevent traffic in your cities;D
So basically there are two ways:

No1: build more roudabouts, expressways, or highways in your cities and wait

No2: press the gear icon, setting, other, and enable debug mode, and turn on experimental features,
Then go to experimental features and go to traffic volume and press either 25% 50% or 75%
