'Against the Clock' Discord Event

The site has been chosen. The permits have been signed. All that’s left is the hard part. You have exactly 20 years to transform a generous stretch of land into a brand new city of Renwick - complete with housing, infrastructure, and thousands of residents.

In this challenge scenario, you are tasked with one mission - grow your city as much as possible within 20 years. At different populations goals, you will unlock trophies. If you are able to get all three, you unlock the Zenith Court building (which you will be able to place on any map once unlocked, as long as the scenario plugin is present).

To help speed up your progress by subsidising important infrastructure of your city, the Grants and Contracts plugin has been integrated into the scenario.

You can check scenario and contract progress at any time in the city by interacting with the two new sidebar buttons. Utilise the grants to speed up development before the time runs out!

Scenarios are actually a kinda cool idea, they should be vanilla

Scenarios itself is already integrated into the game. Creation of them however, is restricted to just a handful of people. You can find the scenarios from the last 2 events on the store. With time, we will grow that list to include more cool new things.

Scenarios usually just lets us decide for example, what plugins to disallow, what plugins to require, edit the map, set the difficulty etc. Most of the events we do usually includes custom scripts.

The contracts and the time portion of this scenario was written by @Kulche using Lua.
