Plugin Services No Capacity

For the last few days, my service plugins still have the correct influence (low/high education, health, etc) but no capacity. I have disabled all other plugins besides one to confirm this isn't an overlap issue. It's impacting other plugins as well, not isolated to one specific one. A couple that I tested are ANCIV Mesopotamia, typical soviet buildings, and Mini Indonesian School Pack. Is anyone else seeing this issue or found a way to fix it? For reference, I'm on iOS, 1.12.59i version of the app.

1. Its not your fault its plugin creator fault. Mini Indonesia School Pack has nasty bug that not use capacity code properly. Switch to other plugins
2. If you making plugins and this is happens, you must forgotted capacity code and also price.

The level of detail looks great, and it's always cool to see new content being added to TheoTown. I'm sure plenty of players will enjoy using it in their cities.
