Hello everyone,

to make the use of TheoTown branding clearer, this post explains how the TheoTown name, logo, previous logo, and app icon may be used.

The current TheoTown logo has been in use since February 2026. The previous logo may still appear in older screenshots, videos, articles, and archived content.

Current Logo Please use the current logo when referring to TheoTown in new content, such as videos, articles, guides, plugin pages, community posts, and press coverage.

Previous Logo The previous logo may still be used for historical references, older content, or discussions about earlier versions of TheoTown.

For new content, please prefer the current logo.

App Icon The TheoTown app icon may be used to identify TheoTown, for example in reviews, videos, guides, or app recommendations.

Please do not use it as the icon of your own app, game, server, website, or project in a way that could make it look official.

Allowed Usage
You may use TheoTown branding to refer to TheoTown, for example:

• A plugin for TheoTown
• TheoTown review
• Unofficial TheoTown guide
• Community page about TheoTown

The branding should make it clear that your content is about TheoTown, not that it is operated or endorsed by the TheoTown team.

Not Allowed
Please do not use TheoTown branding to suggest that your project is official unless this has been explicitly approved.

This includes:

• fake official announcements, stores, downloads, or support pages
• using the TheoTown logo or icon as the main identity of your own project
• selling merchandise with TheoTown branding without permission
• using TheoTown branding for unofficial APKs, cheats, scams, or misleading services
• heavily modifying the logo in a way that makes it look like a different official logo

Unofficial Projects
Fan projects, plugin collections, community pages, and guides should make it clear that they are unofficial.

You may use a short note like:

This is an unofficial fan project and is not operated by the TheoTown team.

Need Permission?
Normal community usage, videos, reviews, plugin pages, and fan discussions usually do not require permission as long as the rules above are followed.

Please contact us first for commercial products, merchandise, large public campaigns, events, or anything that could reasonably look official.
