THEOTOWN could add some things that I think would be helpful for the game.

1. Add new taxes like water tax and electricity tax (because people should also pay for what they use).
2. Add a feature like raising the price of transportation, similar to how we raise toll fees. From buses to trains, subways, etc.
3. I think we should add a feature where people have to connect roads to other parts of the city, so they can use that road to enter the city, just like we need to travel from the suburbs to get into the city. Conversely, if people want to leave the city, they can only use the one road we've built.
