Have you thought of adding gas lines? It could help at some color to the underground, as well as present challenges (fires above a gas line could prove quite... explosive)

Huh? No, Gas lines are NOT present underground like pipes. They are only found in huge apartments..
And no to this idea. I hate watching the city to be a war zone, even only in skyscrapers!

From natural gas fields to distribution points. From distribution points to homes and businesses and industry. Can be cheaper than electricty for heating and cooking. Also used by the Theotown Gas Plant to make electricity.
