What if we added police chases as a emergency and the length of time was random. Along those lines maybe traffic stops.

Im kind of a fan of your commander so it is so neat for you to like my idea. Thanks. I dont have any idea how to implament that but maybe there is a way.

When traffic gets bad, I just send the police to the spot. Then across town.

It's helpful when there are over 40000 cars in one spot.
