Road Maintenance

I saw that was suggested
A road maintenance buildings can be cool, like in C:S. There will be broken roads and dirty roads (it will work like road decos and will slow cars) and utility vehicles will fix them and help the traffic. New fixed roads will be a bit faster than normal so traffic will be good after utility vehicles went on it.
Maybe a snow shoveler truck can clear roads when it is snowing (It is hard to do and not necessary that much)
