it is basically someone who takes the trash out (Moderates forums and take down posts against policies or moves topics)
they can also ban, promote, invite to groups, and make forums great

Looks good if you add a base for the building, maybe concrete base or tiled base. The shopping mall is a bit saturated but you can always improve on it, or if I can edit it ... with your permission], I can probably make it a bit better.
