I love the current fire department and police station buildings, but it could have more. Like a 4x4 hospital.
Id love a 4x4 fire station and a 4x4 police station. Please i need this!! I need to save space in my city with a great radius, so this may help.

I didn't encounter this things, but i think the problem here is the RAM. If your ram space is greatly occupied, clear it up. It should work. If it didn't work, i dont know what to do.

Tip: If youre in a middle of loading screen of making a new region, dont restart the game otherwise the region will be corrupt.

Maybe a texture bug.

Check the demand zone. If the demand is low the buildings will not be built. If the demand is high the more the buildings will be built(if you have an available zone for that)

This happened to me, i just build a lot of aquaponics and storage room
