I looked it up and it definitely wasn't. It had the same trees as Theo town too.

The game isn't from 2019? Some specific buildings might be inspired by other games, but all of them have been drawn specifically for TheoTown. It's the planes that confirmed my suspicions because as a kid in 2014-15 I was obsessed with building airports in that game and I looked at the pixely plane...
