A bug i found.

Like 40-60%, when there is a fire and i try to dispatch fire brigade, the game freezes to infinity. To play, i need to close the game and reload it. the problem is happening for a week. My game is updated and i am plying Theotown for 4 years. Please fix the bug. The same is happeneing with SWAT but not with Garbage Trucks.

I have a different bug but it is also about dispatching services. I cannae dispatch Fire Brigade to the yellow area we see. The same happened with garbage trucks but it didn't happen with the ambulance.

Do you have any plugin related to firefighters or police/swat?

The most likely thing is that you should indicate more details such as which game version you have, does the game give you a crash report?.

If so, you should show the crash.txt, log.txt and out.txt files which can be found in your TheoTown directory on the filesystem.

If you can't access the game files through these directories, the game has a built-in file manager accessible from the region view menu.

Btw, if you can figure out the steps that consistently crash the game (step-by-step), it would be very helpful. This way, the developers can replicate the error on their own and try to fix it.

Or, they might be able to tell you what the problem is so you can fix it on your own, since it seems to be an uncommon issue.

The only plugins for firefighter/swat are releting to deco items only.
The version is v1.11.54a (11154)
No crash report is displayed. The game just freezes when i try to dispatch. I can't move the screen or press any buttons. I faced the problem in multiple maps.
How i found the error:-
There is fire
I open the dispatch menu
Click on fire in the menu
Then press on the city when there is fire
The game freezes.

AZULqwertz's problem is he just cannot dispatch. When he clicks, for a millisecond he sees a point but it disappears immediately and no response comes from the Fire Department.

What if they press a building on fire almost right next to the firestation, does that help?
