Is plugin store broken?

I was trying to download Budapest parliament, but it appears it's not found on the plugin store.
The plugin I said still exists in forum, but I'm not sure why the plugin not added in the new and updated list.

The Budapest parliament is supposed to be in the plugin store at new and updated list, but I'm not sure why it is not here yet

Plugin was not an official game extensions... It was religion or management either public.

Same as building rotations that Lobby adds... Doesn't appear on plugin store for no reason

Ok so I may have to update TheoTown for just a perfect time

Got to a play store go to your updates tab or search theotown and select update.Then open theotown and download the plugin

Mine also doesn't show up, it still hasn't been resolved
